A couple comments from Cal

Now that I'm working on my vertical, Mom lets me wear athletic socks:
I love chillin with Dad, and I love playing with burp cloths. They are so much cooler than baby toys.

Gurgle boy

Sometimes when I talk to Calvin in baby talk, you know, goos etc., he gets so excited I wonder what he thinks I am saying to him. I bet he thinks I'm saying, "I'll buy you a car when you turn 16" or something.

Brandon looked down one day and noticed Calvin had his hand in his pocket. It was so funny, even though he was half way sleeping, when Cal would squirm around his hand would start to come out and then he would shove his hand back down in to the pocket. So cute.

Anniversary Hike

Brandon and I took Calvin with us on a little hike to Stewart Falls for our anniversary. I remember it being such a fun, easy hike. If only I wasn't so out of shape. It was still fun, & beautiful, just not as easy.

Wednesday

Smiles

Calvin smiles a lot more now, especially at 5:30 this morning for some reason. He didn't care a lot about eating, he just wanted to smile at me. (these pictures are not from this morning though, I don't have the energy to even consider that) Maybe he hasn't caught on yet that I appreciate his smiles a lot more after 7a.m.

Seaside Vacation

We loved being at the ocean & having fun with family. I think we're going to move to the coast now. I just have to convince Brandon.
